Dashboard Monitoring System — Uptime & SSL Website Monitor
A Laravel-based monitoring system built for government agencies and organizations to track website uptime, response time, and SSL certificate expiry — with automated incident recording, Telegram alerts, and role-based access control.

My Role
- 01Built the monitoring core that checks website availability (HTTP status), measures response time, and records every incident automatically.
- 02Implemented SSL certificate monitoring with expiry warnings before certificates become invalid.
- 03Integrated Telegram bot alerts so downtime or SSL problems are reported instantly to a Telegram group.
- 04Designed the relational database schema in MySQL/MariaDB and the Laravel migrations and seeders, including default test accounts.
- 05Developed the visual dashboard with charts and monitoring statistics using Blade templates, Tailwind CSS, and Vite.
- 06Set up role-based access control (RBAC) with three roles: Admin, Operator, and Viewer.
- 07Configured the background job architecture with Laravel queues and scheduler so checks run periodically.
Features
- 01Uptime monitoring that checks website availability via HTTP status and measures response time.
- 02SSL certificate monitoring that tracks expiry dates and warns before certificates become invalid.
- 03Automatic incident management that logs every downtime or suspicious content change, with HTML content snapshots for later analysis.
- 04Telegram alert integration that sends instant notifications to a Telegram group when downtime or SSL issues are detected.
- 05Role-based access control with three roles: Admin (full access), Operator (monitoring and incident handling), and Viewer (read-only dashboard).
- 06Visual dashboard with charts and monitoring statistics summaries.
- 07Background processing architecture with Laravel queue workers and scheduler so periodic checks run automatically.
Impact
- Gives organizations a single dashboard to supervise many websites instead of manual checks.
- Shortens incident response time with instant Telegram alerts and automatic snapshot evidence.
- Keeps data access disciplined through clear RBAC roles for admins, operators, and viewers.

Notes
Local prototype — not publicly deployed. After running php artisan migrate --seed, default test accounts are admin / operator / viewer with password password (change before any production use).
